What happens with my booking deposit if I change my mind?

ViaResorts collects a booking service fee for managing your initial booking and the reservation process.

While the fee is applied to your selected property it is fully transferrable to other properties and stays and can be added to your account as a credit.

You can be refunded all or part of the booking fee depending on the status of your booking at the time of request. This is governed by the terms of the particular offer and also our general cancellation and refund terms.
