Being in the dark is not fun, so our team works to ensure that all updates from properties are passed to you after you commence a reservation.
However, things can happen such as emails not being delivered or ending up in junk and spam boxes, or missing information causing reservations to stall.
The first thing to do is check all email folders to ensure property emails are not going where they can't be found.
Sometimes the properties include links to forms or payment pages, which can cause spam filters to block or divert delivery.
If you cannot find emails from the property and/or ViaResorts please create a ticket with the booking/purchase email and the reference number if available.
Our team will be more than happy to follow up and let you know the status of your reservation.
