I Want to Cancel/Alter My Confirmed Reservation

Sometimes things change and you need to cancel or update your already confirmed reservation.


In order to cancel a reservation we recommend raising a ticket so the ViaResorts team can activate the cancellation for you with the property. This will create a record of the cancellation.


We can then work with the resort to waive fees where possible.


However, we cannot make decisions regarding the refund or monies paid directly to the property. 

You will need to communicate with the property directly, who will make decisions according to their terms.


If you need to reschedule your booking, please submit a ticket to create a record of the update. You can contact the resort directly however remember their terms will apply which may incur fees.


ViaResorts does not charge for rescheduling dates. This is included in your booking deposit service fee.


Please note- when you communicate directly with the property ViaResorts may not be made aware of communications and updates (this includes calls, emails or texts) and can only work with information provided by the parties. ViaResorts cannot make final decisions or determinations regarding refunds of room payments or costs/issues that arise from exclusive communication with the property.
