My Reservation was declined

It's disappointing when a reservation is declined by a property and sometimes hard to understand why. 


Because of different locations, customs and language, communications from the property may not be as precise as you'd expect.


Common reasons for a reservation being declined include lack of availability for your chosen dates, too many guests for the room type, or an advertised condition not being met in the information provided during your reservation.


Please remember, that reservations are not processed by ViaResorts. When a booking is submitted, that information is passed to the property for processing in their reservation system.


All final bookings are processed by the property according to their processes and terms. 


Our team do work to help facilitate the booknig and information process.
