I haven't had a confirmation for my reservation

We know it can be frustrating when you're excited about a vacation and want to plan flights, so rest assured our team are working constantly with properties to get your booking confirmed.


ViaResorts does not confirm or manage the bookings at the property. When you submit a reservation through our system, it is sent to the resort for processing.


However, our team do monitor the progress of all reservations.


Our aim is to have a confirmation processed by the property within 72 hours where possible.


Please keep in mind, that some properties work quicker than others, and of course weekends and time differences can slow response times.


Additionally, confirmations can be slowed by room availability, special requests, peak period demands, or incorrect or incomplete information in the reservation. In those cases, the property or our team will reach out to you.


You will receive update emails from ViaResorts as your reservation is being processed by the resort.


You can also send us a ticket and the team can report on the progress of your confirmation.
