You can create a customer profile in our ticketing system to get updates about your booking or reservation or for customer support.
You do not need a member account to access your booking or reservation. When you are ready to commence a reservation, locate the confirmation email sent at the time of initial booking/purchase.
Within the voucher, follow the links to the reservation form and complete the information required.
You will receive email updates as your reservation progresses with the property.
If you need to contact the support team, please raise a ticket and quote the booking number.
