There are two possible reasons.
The first is you've accidentally typed the wrong email address, or autofill has done that for you.
The second is your ISP has blocked the email from delivering (Bigpond is particularly fond of this) or it has found its way to your spam/junk folder.
Please check all of those folders and if there is no sign of an email from ViaResorts, send a ticket and we'll check our records to ensure your details are correct. Please include your email address in the message.
The team will resend the voucher for you to the correct email address. If you are still unable to receive it, we can also organise a send via SMS.
