How do I get a replacement Voucher from an earlier purchase?

Please create a new ticket if you require a replacement voucher from before or during the Pandemic.


If you have your booking/reference number handy, please include that.


If you're having trouble receiving your email voucher, we can try sending to an alternative email address and/or SMS. 


If you're making contact from a different email address, please supply the purchase email and/or booking reference number so the team can validate your record
