Cancellation Policy

1. Vouchers purchased within 24 hours:

    a. If it's an honest mistake or NQ and we only have to cancel one voucher, REFUND IN FULL. 

    b. If it's because of a group booking, collect $50 cancellation fee. 

   c. If a guest is NQ but has already previously booked with us, collect $50 cancellation fee. 

2. Vouchers where a booking request was sent but there's no step 2. 

   a. If it's just one voucher, collect $50 cancellation fee only. 

   b. If the cancellation was because of group booking violation, collect $50 per person. 

3. Vouchers where there's a step 2 but because of NQ, $50 per guest which includes the children. 

4. Vouchers that have been kept into a travel credit but the guest change it's mind, NON-REFUNDABLE. 

5. Vouchers that are one year from purchase date or beyond. NON-REFUNDABLE.
